The East Hill Church of Christ in Pensacola, Florida is composed of a group of Christians who are striving to practice New Testament Christianity. We believe in the authority of the Scriptures in all we teach and practice. We believe the work God has given the local church is: evangelism, edification, and limited benevolence. Consequently, we do not subscribe to the "social gospel" mentality or engage in church support of human institutions.
This church recognizes Jesus Christ as its head, and is independent of other churches. The church is overseen by elders and is served by several deacons and one evangelist. Our evangelistic work involves teaching efforts in the USA and in foreign countries.
As members of the Lord's body, we seek to live daily as Jesus taught and to be shining lights in our individual community activities. If you are interested in learning about and doing the will of God, then please join us as we strive to worship Him according to His pattern. We welcome any questions about what we say or do. If we are found to be in error, according to God's word, then we will repent; we encourage all to do the same. We invite you to be our guest at your earliest opportunity.
